Goodfood Travels
Explore iconic dishes from every corner of the globe, made with local-to-us ingredients.
Head Chef and VP of Culinary Development, Jordana Rebner, has been travelling the world with one mouth-watering goal: to bring bold new flavours to our menu—and to your plate.

Now serving: Lisbon, Portugal
Portugal has become an increasingly popular travel destination. Lisbon is a particularly hot spot with breathtaking views of the Tagus River and iconic landmarks to explore including Pena Palace and Jeronimos Monastery. While many travel blogs laud the country’s wine—which we’re 100% behind—they tend to sidestep the *chef’s kiss* cuisine.
Portugal’s food culture has evolved over the centuries, blending bold flavours and fresh ingredients with culinary influences from Africa, Asia, and the Americas. The result? Comforting, satisfying dishes with wide-reaching global roots and a distinctly Portuguese spirit.

Now serving: Madrid, Spain
Spanish cuisine ranks high among the world’s most coveted culinary traditions. Some foodies say they’re captivated by its rich flavours and diverse ingredients while others say it’s the vibrant cultural influences that have contributed to the popularity of Spanish food. After following the growing reputation of traditional Spanish cuisine from our homebase in Montreal, we knew we needed to get our Head Chef, Jordana Rebner, on the ground in Madrid. Now she’s back with winning recipes inspired by Spain’s greatest culinary hits—no passport required.

Discover the thrilling flavours of Hong Kong
Previously visited: Hong Kong
With only 48 hours to spare in one of Asia’s busiest cities, Jordana and her team hit the ground running—and hungry—on a mission to soak up as much hearty, authentic Cantonese cuisine (and fun) as possible. They kicked things off with a trendy, hands-on cooking class where they mastered the art of traditional dumplings. From there, it was a whirlwind of bites, bouncing between buzzing street food stalls and Michelin-starred hotspots, tasting the best Hong Kong has to offer while diving deep into the rich world of local flavour. Hong Kong served up a memorable journey packed with fun, flavour, and culture.
